Privacy
Portal privacy information for AIRB clients
Effective 8 August 2026. This page explains portal-specific handling and supplements the full AIRB privacy policy, which identifies the controller, purposes, lawful bases, service providers and your rights.
Retention and access
Portal information is kept only for as long as needed for delivery, support, security, insurance, accounting or legal obligations. Working media is normally retained for 90 days after final delivery; essential transaction records may be retained for the period required by UK law.
Optional passwords
If you add a portal password, AIRB stores only a uniquely salted, slow password digest—not the readable password. Email sign-in links remain available for account recovery. Repeated password attempts are temporarily recorded and rate-limited to protect accounts.
Deliverables and licensing
Final files remain private in the AIRB portal until a signed-in client requests access. Any usage licence for delivered media is governed by the commercial agreement or booking terms supplied by AIRB.
Deletion requests
Clients can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or an objection by contacting AIRB. AIRB will review the request against active project obligations and legal record-keeping duties, and may need to verify the requester’s identity.
